Whether you’re located in the Inner West or across greater Sydney, we are committed to bringing your floral vision to life with our unique designs and high-quality, seasonal blooms.

Do you travel and what cover costs are required?

Yes, Florals by Annie travels across Sydney, surrounding areas, and interstate for weddings. Travel fees are based on the distance from our studio and cover delivery, setup, bump-out, fuel, vehicle, accommodation, and flights (if needed). A detailed cost breakdown will be provided based on your venue location.

Do You Offer Floral Services for Occasions Beyond Weddings?

At Florals by Annie, we specialise in much more than just wedding florals. We offer bespoke bouquets wrapped or in a vase, perfect for gifting on any occasion —from birthdays and anniversaries to special celebrations.

We also create dreamy floral designs for businesses, events, and editorial shoots, ensuring every moment or brand experience is elevated with our unique, handcrafted florals.

How Far in Advance Should We Book With You?

To ensure availability and allow ample time for creating your bespoke floral designs, we recommend booking with Florals by Annie at least 6 to 12 months in advance for weddings and large events.

For smaller occasions, we suggest booking at least 4 to 6 weeks ahead.

For custom bouquets, we can typically accommodate bookings with just 1 to 2 weeks' notice, depending on availability.

While early booking is always ideal, feel free to reach out for last-minute requests— we'll do our best to make it happen!

What if I don’t know anything about flowers or where to start?

No worries! At Florals by Annie, we’re here to guide you every step of the way. Whether you’re unfamiliar with flower varieties or unsure of which florals best suit your event, we offer personalised consultations to help you find the perfect blooms. We’ll discuss your style, theme, and vision to create bespoke floral designs that feel uniquely yours. If you're still uncertain, our Florist’s Choice option allows us to select the best seasonal flowers that perfectly match your aesthetic, taking the stress out of the process.

Can I adjust my floral quote after booking?

Absolutely! At Florals by Annie, we understand that your floral vision may evolve over time. We expect changes and refinements as your plans come together.

Floral elements can be added or adjusted to perfectly align with your evolving vision. Throughout the design process, we’ll schedule a detailed meeting to review and finalise the details, ensuring your florals are exactly as you imagined.

The final brief will be confirmed 6 weeks prior to your event, giving you ample time to make any adjustments to your floral design and quote.
